I will give you different folders in PNG format (1 for each group of elements ... mouths, eyes, etc) 3000px X 3000px X 300 dpi and a PSD file with all the elements grouped in order.
If you still do not have a clear idea of how you want each of the elements, you can suggest only the base model and I will take care of making each of them and they will look unique and great
